About Me
As a Lifestyle Consultant, my first client was me—the little girl inside, the teenager who carried so much pain, and the woman shaped by trials, heartaches, and life-altering experiences. Before I could guide others, I had to guide myself. I had to confront, embrace, and heal every part of me to become the woman I am today.
There was a time when I felt disappointed, ashamed, and even humiliated by my past. I carried the weight of choices that, at one point, I believed defined me—running away from home at 13, becoming a teenage mother at 17, enduring toxic relationships, and hiding behind the painful secrets of domestic violence. I searched for love in all the wrong places, hoping to fill a void that only self-love and healing could mend. I wore my pain like armor, thinking it would protect me, but in reality, it was only trapping me in cycles of hurt, unworthiness, and self-doubt.
But healing was never an option—it was a necessity. And let me tell you, healing is not for the weak. It is a battle, a commitment, and a journey that demands courage, resilience, and an unwavering desire to break free from cycles that no longer serve you. I had to unlearn survival mode, confront the wounds I tried to ignore, and face the mirror of my past without running away. It was painful, raw, and at times, exhausting—but it was also the most liberating and transformative decision of my life.
I refused to remain a prisoner of my past. I fought—not just for the woman I wanted to become, but for the little girl inside me who deserved safety, the teenager who deserved guidance, and the grown woman who deserved peace. I wanted more. I deserved more. And most importantly, I wanted my children to experience the healed version of their mother—not a broken one still haunted by the past.
Today, I stand as a woman who is no longer defined by her past but empowered by it. My scars no longer bring me shame; they tell a story of survival, resilience, and victory. I have learned the power of grace—not just for others, but for myself. I have come to understand that hurt people hurt people, but healed people? Healed people create safe spaces, they uplift, they transform, and they inspire others to heal too.
So here I am—healed, restored, and empowered—standing as living proof that your past does not define you; your healing does. Now, my purpose is clear: to help others embrace the journey of healing so they, too, can step into their power. Because when you choose healing, you choose confidence, faith, love, and a life without fear.
